Lovely Sunny Room

If you're open to a new way of staying abroad then our place is for you.
We are Yarden & Julie. We offer three nice and big rooms with keys in a first floor apartment. Feel free to check our profile for more rooms and apartments.

Apartment:
The apartment features a great living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy Yair's company, the apartment's host that loves to cook and talk with the different guests who come to over.

We offer our guests:
*A kitchen with a fridge, a stove and plenty cookware.
*A washing machine and a dryer (for rainy days only)
*Fast internet connection on WIFI
-The toilets are small and they are also the showers. It's not luxurious but it works.
-We don't like smoke in the house. You may smoke outside.

Area:
*The area is quiet and peaceful.
*Right next to our building there's a small Grocery shop that's cheap and open 24/6.
*Two blocks away there's a street called "Etsel" filled with stores for food and pretty much anything you'll need. All these have very cheap prices compared to the rest of Tel Aviv.
-There's even a store that's open 24/7 (Sabbath included).
*Three blocks away there's a big famous market called "The Hatikva Market".

Public transport:
Public transport is about the best you could find in Israel.
There's a bus station for buses and share taxis a block away that reaches anywhere in the city (including the beach in 15-20 minutes). In Etsel street there's a bus or a share taxi about every 2 minutes. All buses and share taxis take about 6 shekels for every ride inside the city. Buses and trains do not operate on Sabbath (starts at about 5 pm on Friday to 5 pm Saturday). Share taxis run on Sabbath which is rare for Israel. On Sabbath taxis take 7 shekels.

Biking and walking:
Walking in the neighborhood is an interesting experience. It has mixed people from different ethnic groups. We feel safe and secure here.
*Walking to the beach takes about 40-50 minutes.
*There's a bike rental station a block away.
*There's a cool park with a lake nearby that's worth visiting.

Cars:
There's lot's of parking space.
Beware, our area is pretty comfortable for parking and commuting by car, however, if you take a car inside more central places in Tel aviv finding parking can be very difficult and expensive and tickets are given very fast and often.
*We have one personal parking space we own. To reserve it talk to us so we can plan ahead and reserve it for you (it's free).

About us:
We're a young couple that's lucky to have the chance to meet people from all over the world. Our guests are always nice and interesting and many times just hang out in the living room, cook and share meals together. We like to organize a big meal with everyone once a week . Our place suits any guest who want a place to sleep at night. However, our biggest fans were guests who enjoyed the atmosphere and liked meeting interesting people.

Mutual agreement:
We want our guests to have the best possible stay in our home and we think of them as partners in this goal. That's why we expect from you to talk to us if anything is wrong or could be better. We will always do our best to make you happy.
