Antiquarian's Lair in Santo Spirito

This beautiful apartment is full with stunning antique furniture, handcrafted wooden floors and huge gorgeous windows that give the sense of having gone back in the ages. The bedroom is incredibly romantic and relaxing and the further bed is upstairs in a unique mezzanine (an open loft) over-looking the lovely sitting room. There is an elegant bathroom, complete kitchen with divine wooden cabinets and a nice counter where you can prepare lovely juicy meals from the fantastic array of fresh produce available from the local market.

This place is complete and utterly unique, where you can relax and breathe the aroma of breathtaking ancient antiques, staying in a historical building in the heart of the Florentine historical quarter.

Just a one minute walk away is the famous, vibrant, artisan Piazza Santo Spirito, the beating heart of the traditional artisanal neighbourhood of Florence. This square is full of incredible restaurants, great cafes for your steaming italian coffee and breakfast brioche, daily and weekly clothing, food, organic and vintage markets and lively bars with live music and animated local Italians. This is the neighbourhood that we ourselves live, it is the most traditional and 'REAL' neighbourhood in Florence. We look forward to invite and welcome adventurers and lovers of fine things into our apartment here!

***Final cleaning fee is 45euro to be paid at the arrival. This goes to our excellent professional cleaners who we pay fairly and provide with eco friendly cleaning products to prepare the house. It is provides all high quality linens and towels professionally cleaned and pressed in Eco friendly organic materials.

**Check-in is scheduled for three pm, we try and be incredibly accommodating and flexible with our guests. so we will very happily do earlier or later if possible. We do however charge a twenty euro
for check in after 8pm. This is because we do not live in the building and we have a very young (and gorgeous!) baby.

Finally we have a fantastic wi fi connection with Smart TV for your use!
