Bright, functional and fully equipped, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the 2nd floor of an ancient Florentine palace dating back to the 15th century. From the entrance you immediately notice the distinctive details of this apartment: ceiling with exposed beams in classical Florentine style and wall-decorations with fragments of frescoes dating back to the 19th century. You access to the dining room and the kitchen, which is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy your Italian meals or quick snacks; there is also LCD TV, independent air conditioning / central heating system. The sleeping area is as following: the first small room (single room) has a single bed, with an additional trundle-bed for a fourth guest, night table, shoe rack and linen cupboard, connecting to the second bedroom (double room), which has a double bed, two small night tables and a large modern wardrobe with 5 shutter; the bathroom, very functional and modern, has a window, sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and a small hairdryer. The rooms have independent air conditioning / central heating system.

AMENITIES The apartment is equipped with independent heating / air conditioning system; kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator + freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils, cutting board, cleaning tools, dining table for 4 people, LCD TV; bathroom with bidet, toilet, sink, shower and hair dryer; iron, ironing board and clothes rack; linen and towels included; unlimited and free internet wi-fi access. ACTIVITIES: Shop for souvenirs from typical Florentine artisans, eat in traditional Italian restaurants, visit world famous museums and churches, and meander ancient cobbled streets. All this and more is possible from this apartment. FREE SERVICES: Arrival orientation, map of Florence, tourist information, assistance with museum reservations, taxis, concert and theatre tickets. CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: Arrivals are expected in the afternoon after 2:00pm (for arrivals after 8:00pm you have to pay € 20,00 for the late check-n service); leavings are expected in the morning within 12:00pm; for customer’s exigencies, times can be flexible, in relation with availability of the apartments and the staff. • Check-in, at the apartment, is after 2:00pm. • Check-out is within 12:00pm. RATES AND PAYMENT: The booking will be accepted through our booking engine website, Cards accepted: visa, mastercard, paypal, poste pay. Booking is safe when you book with us, your details are protected by a secure connection. It also possible to pay for this apartment with a deposit of 30% on the final amount, by bank transfer or PayPal. Upon delivery of the keys, you have to pay the remaining amount plus a refundable security deposit of € 150.00 in cash, which will be returned at the end of your stay, unless for any damages. Final cleaning is not included: € 35.00 are required for it.
