Comfortable room located in Florence in the San Marco area. Ideal for short rentals starting from 3 nights. Ideal for 1 person or a couple. Located on the second floor, without elevator - 30 steps to climb, on Via delle Ruote: right in the historic centre of the city, just a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella Station, the exhibition centre of the Fortezza da Basso, Piazza San Marco and Galleria dell'Accademia. The cosy room has a double bed, a bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate up to 2 people. It is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet access and heating there is No kitchen but a coffe machine is provided. The studio’s location is definitely unique, being in a very quiet secluded apartment, but only 5 minutes walking distance from Piazza San Marco and Galleria dell'Accademia (with Michelangiolo’s David); only 10 minutes away from Piazza del Duomo; 10 minutes from the train Station; and 15 minutes from the famous Uffizi Gallery.

Being central, it also offers the opportunity to live the genuine Florentine daily life and nightlife. In the same street there is a little supermarket, and a few metres away around the corner is a bike rental outlet. With a 5 minutes walk you can also reach the San Lorenzo markets. The San Lorenzo markets are actually comprised of two separate markets. One is better known as the Central Market (Mercato Centrale), which is a two-level, indoor food market, located in a towering cast-iron building dating from 1874. The other is the outdoor market full of stalls selling leather, clothing and souvenirs. Inside the market are myriad vendors dedicated not only to fruit and vegetables, shoals of fresh fish and fresh local meat, but also delicatessen stalls offering cheeses, cured meats, olives and other delights, as well as stalls selling bread, pasta, wine and other grocery items.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (5 minutes from the main train station Santa Maria Novella) and is located in the restricted traffic zone. However, a public pay parking is available just 500 meters away.
