This cosy and spacious studio apartment, with under-the-floor heating, is a perfect choice to explore the unique beauty of Lisbon. With an array of most important sights, traditional open air restaurants, Fado cafés and designer stores at the harbour area, Alfama quarter offers you an unforgettable stay. You just can enjoy by view the old baroque church Santo Estevao.
We can recommend you for shopping the pedestrian street Rua dos Remedios and the charming old grocery stores in the friendly neighbourhood. Please don’t miss to visit also Castelo de Sao Jorge, the famous 900 years old Lisbon main castle and the oldest church of Lisbon Sé within a few minutes on foot from the apartment located. The completely renovated residence is situated on the ground floor of a restored 300 years old town house. The apartment consists of an spacious open space area with bedroom area, living and dining-room, a bathroom with a shower and a carefully equipped kitchen. The apartment has fine polished pine wood floors and new double glazed windows. Lastly, the flat features under the floor heating (only needed in wintertime!). Upon your arrival you’ll receive the apartment keys from Mrs. Madalena. Madalena is waiting for you at the apartment. Air Conditioning Big Shower Head CD Player Cot/crib (baby Bed) DVD Player Double Bed Electric Cooker French Coffee Maker Fridge Hair-dryer Heating Kettle Microwave Sofa Bed TV + Satellite/Cable Under The Floor Heating The price is for 2 guests. An additional adult, from 12 years and above, pays 15 Euros a night. Children under 12 years cost 10 Euros a night. The following fixed charges for cancellations have been agreed: - until 61 days before begin of trip 25 % of total price - from 60-30 days before begin of trip 50 % of total price - from 29-15 days before begin of trip 80 % of total price In case of cancellation in the 14 days prior to begin of trip, i.e. in the case of flat not being occupied, the whole price shall be paid. Payments already made shall be deducted from cancellation charges. Please make sure to take an insurance policy to protect yourself against changes in your trip.
