This apartment is part of a beautiful villa and is located on the ground floor. The villa sits on a hill in Volosko, just outside of Opatija (4 km), 600 meters from the sea. The apartment is neatly furnished. From the second bedroom, you open the doors to the large, beautiful terrace with lots of greenery, a pergola, and garden furniture. A staircase takes you down to a lower level, containing a community garden with a seating area. Here you can relax after a fun day at the beach! You'll enjoy all kinds of creature comforts, such as air conditioning in the bedrooms. A nice place to come home to after a day of exploring the area! Opatija is the pearl of the Riviera, a region with lush, subtropical vegetation. In 10 minutes, you can walk from the apartment to the charming harbor and in the evening you can sip a nice drink at one of the lively outdoor cafes. A little farther along is the beautiful town center of Opatija, with lots of trendy shops and a boulevard, where there is always plenty to do. The villa has a convenient location for making fun outings. You'll be living above the main road to Matulji, where you can choose to explore the Istrian coast or Kvarner.
