Have you ever want to rest in villa with a private pool , and yet have a great sea view? This villa is exactly this, and more! We are offering eco-food , vegetables and fruits grown in our own garden. Guest can enjoy in clean and fresh mountain air and still have access to the sea beach in just a few minutes by car. Villa has capacity for 5 persons. It has two bedrooms and living room. There are four beds , one king size bed, one double , one single bed and one convertible sofa for 2 pax. Kitchen is well equipped . It has microwave, oven with stove, water kettle, dish washer, coffee machine, and kitchen accessories and dishes. There is big dining room with dining table and chairs. Elegant and modern style living room has LCD screen TV with SAT , computer with free Wi-Fi , stereo line. In cold winter nights there is fireplace that will give you special atmosphere. For those who like music, there is classic guitar available. Bedroom has fitness equipment. Pets are allowed. Smoking is free outside of apartment. Bathroom has shower, toilet and washing machine. There is one extra toilet in house. Of course best thing in this villa is private pool and garden with view on all of Kvarner Bay. In garden there is plenty of organic fruits and vegetables which are free to use for the guests. This large garden has plenty space for children to play , and for that there is children swing. For older one there is billiard table to play.
