The apartment is 45sqm, at the second floor of an new family villa, quiet and bright (south exposition gets sun all day), hardwood floors. Apartment composed by a livingroom with exit on a balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dinning table, and comfortable double bedroom with exit on a balcony , bathroom with tub/shower.

We have FREE and SAFE PARKING space, barbecue in the garden where you can have dinner, relax and enyoj the quite evenings after spending the day on the beach, with nice company and a glass of wine...

WIFI is avaliable everywhere in the whole house and in the garden and its FREE and FAST ( I know how important it is when you're on vacation).

On the ground floor of the building is our family - owned restaurant where you can order tasty meals and enyoj your evenings on our nice green teracce when you don't want to cook. The place is quite and relaxing...perfect for hot summer nights.

The garden area is good for children, with swing, hanging lounger and a table tennis for having fun.

I am always at your disposal for any help or information you need, you can always reach me via e-mail or phone, even if not at home. All my family members speak fluent german and english, and someone is always at home to help you around.

Our house is situated in a quiet and peacefull neighborhood with a beautfiul view of the Kvarner Bay.

Arriving with your own car is adviced, cause we are more outside of the centre but there are still very good public transport connections to Rijeka and Opatija. The bus line 18B is driving you in 15 minutes directly to Rijeka and the bus stop is only few min walking distance from our place, the bus goes every 30 minutes.
The Airport Krk is 30 km distance.
