We are Joseph and Josephine together with our daughter Luna in this new flat. Welcome to your stay with us!

Two rooms for guests but we sometimes have one guest (learnign Madarin in Taipei City) so one room is available.

Started homestay since 2012 Feb. Seven guests stayed with our family for more than one month in 2012. We enjoy living with our guests.

Our room consists of one real bed with towel and linens, color TV, WIFI Internet connection, air conditioning system, lift in the building, 24 hour security with a doorman, washing and drying machine for your clothes.

Convenient traffic:
Near Bus Stops (2 min) 307, 214, 311, 275, 243 etc..
The nearest JingAn MRT station in Walking distance 15 min.

Near South Taipei City. Location is good for visiting /sightseeing the small Town like Sanshia, YingGe and Taoyuan. Still close to all major tourist attractions in Taipei.

Nice environment: Downstair is a Nice Park.
Super safe: There is Security Guard in this building.
