About the Apartment

This independent studio apartment was designed with your comfort in mind and is safe, clean, quiet and furnished with new and high quality furniture. Once inside you'll find a very comfortable queen size bed, clothing rack, a dining table and four chairs, a TV in the main room next to a kitchen which is cook friendly - with a gas cooker, and microwave/grill combo.

High speed WiFi internet is provided throughout at no additional cost.

Though it's naturally very cool due to its exposure and large window, the apartment has an air conditioning unit for your comfort.

A refrigerator, bottled water and water kettle are provided in addition to pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils.

We supply the following for your stay:

4 pillows and cases
1 bed sheet
1 blanket
6 drinking glasses
6 bowls and 4 plates

The Fine Print
The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 2 people

Complimentary bottled water, unlimited coffee and tea provided

A cleaning fee of $10 will be included in the rental charge. For guests staying with us for longer than a week, laundry and cleaning services will be provided as requested.

No deposit is required to rent this apartment for periods shorter than one month. All utilities are included in the price of the rental. No taxes, fees or hidden surcharges.
