This quiet and clean studio apartment is situated in a fantastically central location in Saigon's District 1. Stay three floors above the dirty, chaotic streets in a charming vintage building and enjoy everything our freshly renovated city studio has to offer.
Location, Location!
There's no need to look for a room ten or fifteen minutes away from where you really want to be in Saigon only to get lost, sit in traffic or argue with a cab driver over the fare of your "city tour". Book with us, check in, drop your bags and walk the entire city center without ever taking a taxi or bus until you depart.

• Shop for bargains, t-shirts and travel guidebooks on Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lau streets - both within a ten minute walk
• Saigon Square is ten minutes away by foot

• Hundreds of restaurants, from local street food to the best five star Sunday brunch are all within a stone’s throw of the front door.
• We can refer you to an excellent tailor, located only ten minutes away to make the perfect custom suit or dress at very reasonable prices
About the Apartment
This independent studio apartment was designed with your comfort in mind and is safe, clean, quiet and furnished with new and high quality furniture. Once inside you'll find a very comfortable queen size bed (just upgraded in March 2013 to a Dunlopillo Firmrest Supreme), a clothing rack, a dining table and four chairs, a TV in the main room next to a kitchen which is cook friendly - with a gas cooker, and microwave/grill combo.
Unlimited high speed WiFi internet is provided throughout at no additional cost.
Though it's naturally very cool due to its exposure and large window, the apartment has an air conditioning unit for your comfort.
A refrigerator, bottled water and water kettle are provided in addition to pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils
We supply the following for your stay:
2 bath towels
5 washcloths
1 bath mat
4 pillows and cases
1 bed sheet
1 blanket
6 drinking glasses
6 bowls
4 plates
forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks, and tools for cooking
Everything in the apartment is clean and functioning

The maximum occupancy for this apartment is 2 people
Complimentary bottled water, unlimited coffee and tea provided
A cleaning fee of $10 will be included in the rental charge. For guests staying with us for longer than a week, laundry and cleaning services will be provided as requested.
Please send me a message if your required dates are already booked on the calendar. I may have an update or improvement scheduled which can be juggled to a different block of time. I'll do what I can to accommodate you at one of our apartments.
