Studio apartment in a special and a quiet area of Netanya, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. This is part of the villa , on the ground floor, very quiet place. The apartment has everything for your stay.

Located in a in a special & quiet area in the northern - western part of Netanya, very close to the sea- only 5 minutes walking from 'Blue-Bay' beach and walking dictance from 'Tzukei Yam' - one of the amazing beaches in Israel.
A 5-10 minute drive (or 25-35 minute walk, depending upon pace!) from Netanya main square (Kikar Haatzmaut).

Around 30 minutes drive from Tel-Aviv.

There are grocery shops just a 2 minute walk.

There are a lot of free parking places in the area and public transport.

The apartment located on the ground floor (part of a villa). It has a living room with sofa, LCD TV with cable, DVD and air conditioning and Wifi Internet and air conditioning.

There's a lovely shared yard with a sitting, barbecue and birdsong.

There is a double bed include a baby-bad (upon request).

The kitchenette including microwave, electric hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, glassware, pans, pots, etc.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is very ideal for children, except the shared yard, there is a playground and a huge park just 200 meters from the apartment.
