Come and anjoy a classy, elegant, huge penthouse apartment (9th floor), fully furnished, located on prestigious Nitza st. overlooking the sea and beautiful boardwalk and literally 5 minutes walk to the "Haonot" beach. Just take the elevator down and walk 5 minutes to beach staircase access.
Apartment has three big double bed rooms and can easily sleep 6 persons. It also has an extra office room with another sofa bed, PC with Wii Fii. The living room is enormous, fully furnished in western European style, great for holiday feasts with the entire family. It has a beautiful big window overlooking the boardwalk and see. So just relax and have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine while looking at this breathtaking views , listening to the sounds of sea breeze and waves.
Apartment has one full bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and one half bathroom (toilet and shower).
Kitchen is a big, spacious bright kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances- a brand new refrigerator, a stove and microwave. There is also a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer –very important if you have kids or rent for a long term.
And on top of all that, a huge balcony overlooking the breathtaking view of the sea, the city of Netanya and nearby cities.
This is a great option for families or two couples who are looking to stay comfortably in a big apartment and make it their "home away from home".
