VILLA SA GRECAL, and well furnished, this large modern villa is just heavenly and offers a little 'luxury for a price available. Surrounded by orange groves and lush lemon trees, the views from the various terraces are fantastic. The living areas and bedrooms fully air-conditioned bedrooms are huge and the furniture is high-end and extremely luxurious - you really feel spoiled. Port Des Torrent is just a moment away, and the lively town of San Antonio is only a 5 minute drive. Or why not head to the 15m pool or upstairs to the huge terrace and you will find amazing views and everything you need for maximum relaxation.
The house was beautifully decorated and offers a large newly fitted kitchen, 2 living areas and huge plasma TV. I feel like a star by staying in one of the bedrooms of size 2 double rooms with separate "walk-in" chamber and a plasma TV. 2 large double bedrooms with views of the pool or garden views and 3 bathrooms en-suite, all with shower and modern fixtures / fittings, with 2 hot tubs.
The villa is located at 4000 square meters of land surrounding the pool are beautiful gardens. Enjoy sipping cava on one of the 2 terraces, or enjoy the excellent outdoor spaces and large barbecue overlooking the gardens and the countryside, ideal for outdoor dining. The beautiful private pool has a view of the gardens, outdoor super comfortable sofas and beds for maximum comfort by the pool.
The nearest beaches are within walking distance. Its less than 15 minutes' walk from the white sandy beach of Port Des Torrent, nestled between Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida - all are beautiful beaches within walking distance, or by water taxi from Port Des Torrent.
Wise travelers, is a 10 minute walk to Port Des Torrent. 5 minutes to San Antonio, a 10-minute drive to San Jose, 20 minutes from Ibiza town, 20 minutes' drive to the airport.
There are grocery stores, bars and restaurants of Port Des Torrent, all within walking distance. A 10-minute drive to Cala Tarida you to the fantastic Es Cucu shop that sells an excellent range of Ibiza organic products, both meat and vegetables. We can recommend the reasonably priced drinks at the Bull Bar and the rustic, delicious Spanish food in the Restaurant / Grill. For a special treat, head to Cala Conta Beach to S'Illa des Bosc Restaurant for the best sunset on the island and live music at sunset after Ashram.
