The villa is just 2 minutes drive from the hippodrome and in 3 minutes by car, you can find pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, pubs, cafes, banks, supermarkets and everything you may need.
The building is 300 sq m, developing on two floors, with 200 sq m terraces, there are lawns and gardens around the pool area, enclosed in a farm that spreads over 24.000 sq m land, with orange, lemon and other fruits trees, offering a very peaceful atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy a walk immersed into the nature and can take themselves lemons and oranges directly from the trees.

Furthermore, there are: a swimming pool that is 10 x 4 mt. large, with led illumination and several seating areas under the porch and around the pool, a BBQ area and table tennis. Air-conditioning is in all rooms, as well as WI-FI and satellite TVs. The house has also a covered parking for 5 cars.
