Welcome to Biloxi, Mississippi. known for its white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. If golfing, casino's with upscale dining, concerts, shopping and shows or fishing, seafood, festivals and leisure travel is your pleasure then Biloxi is right for you!

This is a fully furnished Two bedroom /1.5 bath condo across the street from the beach. A short stroll of about 3 to 4  minutes will put you on the white sand beach and the warm Gulf of Mexico waters.

The condo comes with all the ameniites you would need and comforts of home.
-Complete cookware (pots, pans, bakeware)
-Coffee maker, crockpot, toaster and microwave
-Full size Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Dish washer
-Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery
-Bed linen and extra blankets

The units has One queen size bed and 1 full bed and two 36' flat screen TV's There is a sofa and chair in living room along with kitchen table and four chairs. There is a full bathroom upstairs with two sinks and has a shower / tub combination. There is also a half bath located on the first floor as you enter the condo. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit.

The complex has two swimming pools (unheated) and a small work-out area and a playground for children. Parking is available.

If you like casino's you are a very short drive or a long walk to the Beau Rivage, Hardrock or Treasure Bay casino or you can take a casino hopper tram which picks up right in front of the condo community.
There is a number of places to eat within walking distance and not far to the supermarket. You are less than a 5 minute drive to the mall or one of our oldest golf courses and less than 1 hour away from New Orleans.

The condo is well kept with tasteful decorations, has a first floor with living, dining, kitchen and half bath. The second floor has two bed rooms and a shared full bath. You can relax by utilizing the table and chairs on the back 10X10 concrete patio. This is a non-smoking, no pets condo which should be a great fit for people with allergies to animals or smoke.

The unit comes with full satellite TV's, DVD player and high speed wifi internet. All utilities are included in the price of the unit. There are ceiling fans located in the unit along with many other upgrades included.
