Welcome to Biloxi, Mississippi. known for it white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. If golfing, casino's with upscale dining, concerts, shopping and shows or fishing, seafood, festivals and leisure travel is your pleasure then Biloxi is right for you!
This is a fully furnished studio condo right across the street from the beach. A short stroll of about 3 minutes will put you on the white sand beach and the warm Gulf of Mexico waters.
The condo comes with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home.
-Complete cookware (pots, pans, bakeware)
-Coffee maker, crockpot, toaster and microwave
-Full size refrigerator and stove/Oven
-Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery
-Bed linen and extra blankets
- Complete set of towels
- Air conditioner and heating unit
The units has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV and a love seat along with kitchen table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower / tub combination and a closet to hang and store your items you brought on your trip. There is a brand new front load washer and dryer located in the unit.
The complex has two swimming pools and a small work-out area and a playground for children. Parking is available.
If you like casino's you are a short drive or long walk to the Beau Rivage, Hardrock or Treasure Bay casino or you can take a casino hopper tram which picks up right in front of the condo community.
There is a number of places to eat within walking distance and not far to the supermarket. You are less than a 5 minute drive to the mall or one of our oldest golf courses and less than 1 hour away from New Orleans.
The condo is well kept with tasteful decorations and is on the 2nd floor of the two story building with stairs leading right up to the unit door. There is a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico outside the kitchen window and you can relax on a chair sitting outside the front of the unit. This is a non-smoking, no pets condo which should be a great fit for people with allergies to animals or smoke.
The unit comes with full cable TV, DVD player and high speed wifi internet. All utilities are included in the price of the unit. There is a celing fan located in the unit along with many other upgrades included.
