We also provide towels and linen. Suitable for family breaks (raised child's bed and a baby cot) as well as a group of travellers (sofa-bed, bunk bed, double bed). The flat is equipped with an Internet connection (wi-fi) and IP TV. Piped gas provides heating and hot water. We live 15 minutes away, so we can provide quick assistance if needed. Can organize a pick up/drop off for our guests.

The flat is located in Spodnja Šiška (Stara Cerkev) in close proximity to Tivoli (Ljubljana's central and largest park area with a recreational centre including an outdoor and indoor pool, fitness studios, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, roller-skating rink, ice skating rink in winter time and a children's playground) and Rožnik. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the city centre (Dragon bridge, Triple bridge...). Just 50 metres away is a bakery (open 7 days a week), LPP (Ljubljana public transport) bus stop and a kiosk, across the road there is a pharmacy, a bank, fruit and veggies shop and a grocery store.
