Rental Details
Single attic room with cool, colourful and practic outfit for young individual tourist traveller or student (under-, postgraduate and EU projects exchange student or similar) in the 5th floor with elevator acces in the very city center of Ljubljana, only 5 min. walk from the old city center attractions!
The room is located on Dalmatinova street in the apartment of 4 single rooms with shared washing and drying machine, kitchenette (fully equipped, incl. micro-wave and regrigerator) and bathroom (shower) with toilet. The rooms have been renovated and carefully maintained. They all have a CATV connection (without TV), free high-speed broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. Rooms are equipped with a single bed with bed linen and towels, working table with a drawer, chair, wardrobe, one table light and one ceiling light, two book shelves.
Rooms are calm and yet in the city center so there is no need for using car in the city. However, if you need parking (in the neighbourhood, not more than 10 min. walk away), it can be arranged for a fee based on availability and reservations must be made in advance.
In front of the building there is also city bus and taxi stop. Food stores, cafes etc. are not more than 5 min. walk away - or just around the corner.
The price already include all costs and taxes!
If necessary, airport pick-up or other transfers can be arranged.
