Large Room with All New Furniture

There is a kitchenette on the guest level with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee maker, dishware, silverware, and utensils.

I am open to interact with guests yet I give my guests the level of privacy they desire. I have wound up becoming friends with some of my guests. Others I barely saw during their stays. My bedroom and the main living area to my home are on separate floors than the guest room, so it is possible for guests to have a high level of privacy.

The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet right off of a main thoroughfare and less than a mile to restaurants and shopping. There are many biking/walking trails in the neighborhood which connect in with the larger Boulder trail system. There is a Safeway within walking distance, and Lucky's Market and Cafe and the Boulder School of Natural Medicine are just a short bike ride away. There is a new Schwinn bicycle for guest use.

Neighborhood is very convenient to Boulder's many bus lines, as well as walking and biking trails. Bus line 205 has a stop on 28th St right at the entrance to the development and within 2 minutes walk of the house.

Guests should want, value, and contribute to a clean quiet room and home. There is no smoking or drug use allowed on premises. No pets. Shoes should be taken off upon entering home.
