This apartment is located at 29th Street Mall, between Walnut & Pearl, between Macy's & Target. Nordstrom's Rack, Apple, numerous restaurants, seasonal outdoor events/music, 16 screen theater and a skating rink are next door. Just outside of the mall, its a few minutes walk to Whole Foods and too many other stores to mention.
Last but not least, Boulder's famous pedestrian mall on Pearl St is also within walking/easy biking, distance. Here you will find 50+ restaurants as well as street performers, music and great people watching.
There are bus stops on 3 sides of this building. The HOP bus comes every 15 min to loop CU and Pearl with connecting long distance service to such places as DEN airport. $10/day bike rental is on site and a bike path along Boulder Creek traverses through downtown to a wonderful, twice weekly farmer's market. (voted one of best in nation).

For a fee, I can probably pick you up in my SUV, stock favorite foods/drinks, arrange babysitting, housekeeping, etc. Just ask.
