Share this attractive condo in south St. Petersburg with host and her 2 sweet cats. Call it your home away from home! It is 4 miles east of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Pete Beach. You will have a private bedroom with queen bed, private bath, and full use of the kitchen, living/dining areas, cable TV, wifi, all utilities, and all amenities! Near I-275, St. Pete Beach, GUlf of Mexico, Eckerd College, downtown, Clearwater, Tampa, Sarasota. Price includes 12% tourist tax (13% in 2016).

The condo is located in The Wave building, an architecturally unique, renovated 1960s building of Brazilian architecture with all rounded external and internal elements. It truly looks like a wave!

This is a shared 2 bedroom/2 bath condo which means I live here too with two sweet pet cats. No smokers or pets, please (you can smoke on the balcony, however). Guests have a beautiful, tropical-style private bedroom with a queen bed which sleeps one or two people. You have access to the rest of the condo including modern kitchen, living/dining areas, bathrooms, and all condo building amenities. Everyone is welcome at my shared condo and I look forward to meeting you and making your stay here very pleasant.

This condo is attractively furnished, clean, bright, upscale, and elegant. It's ideal for 1-2 guests at a reasonable price. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, stainless steel refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee machine, granite countertops, all dishes/utensils/pots and pans. Living room has leather sofas, coffee table, end tables, entertainment unit with electric fireplace, 42" LED TV with cable and wifi through Bright House Networks, and elegant paintings and decor throughout. From the 4th floor balcony, your view is of the huge pool with tropical landscaping, picnic/BBQ area, sand volleyball court, and a lush palm and pine forest.

The lovely dining room has a slate tile/oak dining table with crystal chandelier above. One airy, modern, Florida tropical-themed guest bedroom has a full bed (52" wide) which sleeps 1-2 guests, and it contains a contemporary matching bedroom set consisting of a dresser with mirror, two bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, attractive tropical décor, light oak laminate flooring, and a Florida/tropical color scheme of blue and light green. The entire condo is airy and bright with plantation shutters on all windows as well as the balcony. There's whitish tile throughout the unit except bedroom which is oak laminate.

Guests have access to the entire condo's interior. Also, they can use the two laundry rooms downstairs, large oval pool, fitness center, picnic and barbecue areas, and volleyball court. Free guest parking is available around the building as well as on the street in front of the building.

Hi, I'm your host Maria! I'm very friendly with extensive overseas travel experiences, so I will assist as much as possible to make guests feel comfortable and give them a quality vacation. I was a European tour guide based in Germany for two years, but now I'm a high school teacher of English As A Foreign Language. Having been born in southern Slovakia, I still speak Hungarian and Slovakian pretty well in addition to English.

Places I've visited include most of Europe, parts of Russia, East Africa, most of the Caribbean, and parts of Central and South Africa. More adventures are planned for the future! My hobbies include cycling, walking on the beach, learning new things, fitness and healthy living, my pets, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Free guest parking outside of the condo building is available for visitors with a car. You can also park for free on the street in front of the building.

Rules: No smoking inside and no pets, please. Clean kitchen and dishes after using them and keep the condo tidy. Be respectful of the residents who live here full-time which means no loud parties or noises after 11 p.m. The condos are not to be used for drunken parties. This is private property in which people live year-round so respectful, appropriate behavior is mandatory. Do not bring strangers or extra guests into the condo who have not been disclosed to me prior to booking for security reasons. Please turn off lights and ceiling fans when you leave condo and turn up the AC to conserve electricity. Thank you!

The Wave is in south St. Pete in an area called Pinellas Point because it's at the tip of the Pinellas peninsula, 1/4 mile from Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge. My condo is on the 4th floor and faces woods and palm trees for a secluded resort feeling! The Wave is minutes from I-275 highway for convenience to Tampa. It is close to Eckerd College, Ft. Desoto Park, Maximo Park, downtown St. Pete, Gulf of Mexico beaches, Clearwater, and even Bradenton and Sarasota for a day trip.

Condo is a half mile from I-275, so it's very convenient access to get around St. Pete, Pinellas County, Tampa International Airport, and other parts of Tampa including Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, and Adventure Island Water Park. The condo is about 90 miles from Orlando, so also very convenient to the Disney Theme Parks and Universal Studios. The condo is four miles east of St. Pete Beach, Ft. DeSoto Park, and the Gulf of Mexico. It's adjacent to a private marina and about a 1/4 mile from Tampa Bay and Maximo Park at the tip of the Pinellas peninsula.

This area of St. Pete is called Pinellas Point because it's at the base of the Skyway Bridge which passes into the next county to the south. Major grocery stores, shops, gas stations/convenience stores are a 10 minute walk from the condo.
