GUEST ROOM:
Rent our large, sunny, furnished GUEST BEDROOM with PRIVATE HALF BATH. Located just 1 block from the subway station with a quick commute to Midtown Manhattan, our 3 bedroom /1.5 bath apartment is the perfect place to stay.
The room for rent has a queen size bed with excellent memory foam topped mattress, private half bath in the room with toilet, sink and vanity (full bath with tub & shower is shared). This room gets lots of natural sunlight and has a large window with great views of the NYC sunset each evening. It also has a large desk and chair, dresser, nightstand, air conditioner, wood floors, an area rug and large walk-in closet with lots of storage space. Iron and ironing board are provided as well as sheets, pillows, towels.
APARTMENT:
The apartment has a large sunny living room with sofas and coffee tables, Satellite TV, DVD player and access to an outdoor balcony with seating area. The apartment has high speed WiFi internet throughout.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and tableware, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, stove, oven, and refrigerator. There is a bistro table and chairs to eat meals at in the kitchen area and another dining table in the living room area.
SUBWAYS:
Located just a block from the R/M subway lines (65th Street Stop in Queens) with quick access to Midtown Manhattan in just 15 minutes. Also you can transfer free 1 stop away to the 7/E/F subway lines. Buses and the LIRR (Long Island Railroad - which accesses beautiful Long Island beaches in the summer) are just a 5-10 minute walk from our apartment as well. 2 Laundromats are located right on the corner. Restaurants, shops, pharmacy, delis, coffee shops, diners, bars, supermarkets etc are all within walking distance along Broadway or Roosevelt Avenue.
TRANSPORTATION:
Our apartment is easy to reach by bus from LaGuardia Airport or from JFK Airport via AirTrain/Subway which leaves you 1 block from the apartment. Taxis are also available at all airports. We offer airport pick up for an additional charge.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Queens is a great, safe, ethnically diverse borough of NYC, less expensive than staying in Manhattan with more spacious accommodations and its a quicker commute to the center of Manhattan than most parts of Brooklyn, Harlem and Upper Manhattan.
Our apartment is located in Woodside, Queens, just a few subway stops from Manhattan (travel time to Midtown Manhattan in 15 minutes). Located in between Astoria (with great Greek restaurants and Egyptian hookah lounges) and Jackson Heights (with some of the best Indian food in NYC) you'll have plenty of ethnic dining options all around. If you are driving to NYC on a roadtrip there is convenient street parking for free right in front of our building!

Check-in/out times are usually flexible. You can leave your luggage after check-out if you want to explore the city more before your flight home :-)
