Located right on Cancun Downtown, just 2 blocks from Walmart, 4 blocks from Plaza Americas where you will find (cinemas, shooping mall, restaurants, casinos and coffe shops), transportation to hotel zone and main avenue just two blocks away and also 4 banks, mexican restaurants, ministores, hospitals, bars and coffee shops around. You will find a nice mexican restaurant next door and a Salsa club and Jazz club 5 minutes walking.
Mercado 28 and Las Palapas park is a 12 minutes walk, also ADO bus station is 15 minutes walking wich takes you to Playa Carmen, Tulum and Chichen Itza for few pesos..

Inside a residential zone, very secure and quiet, you can walk it by night without a problem, the building surrondings are closed with secure fences and always entrance locked door and taxis coming at every minute.
