Rental Details
2 levels, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms furnished with closet, large and comfortable bed, 2 rooms have a / c, equipped with everything needed for cooking, living room with tv and cable signal, wireless internet , hot water.
The house is very safe because it has locks on doors and guards on all windows, can stay up to 7 people comfortably and in total there are 2 double beds, 1 king size and 1 single (bunk), maximum up to 10 people.
The house has wireless internet, cable TV, hot water in the 2 bathrooms, parking for 3 cars, indoor laundry.
In some cases and because of work I will not be able to receive the guests, however, my family will give you a warm welcome and will be at your service for what you need. As soon as possible I can call you to be sure that everything is ok ad we can organize something if you want.
I lived many years in the house so I can assure you that the neighborhood is very safe and mostly well located having all the services needed without departing from the zone such as shopping malls, clothing stores and other souvenirs, restaurants with great variety of dishes, convenience stores, hairdressers, pharmacies, doctors, banks, cinemas, parks with vegetation, etc..
The best thing about this house is that just 1 block away you can catch a bus route 15 which goes to the end of the hotel zone having access to the beautiful caribbean sea, shopping malls and other entertainment places, when you want to return you have to take the same bus route 15 that leaves you 1 block from the house! You will save a lot of money with this route.
From the airport I recommend taking the bus that leaves ADO bus station and then you will be able to take a taxi to the house, save a lot of money rather than take a taxi directly to the house.
The house even without being in front of the beautiful Caribbean sea, is in a prime location for all that is around and easy to move anywhere.
I gladly offer you my house, I really want you to spend a pleasant stay in Cancun, I only ask to take care and respect so others can enjoy it when required to offer the same quality and attention. For this reason I would rather not admit pets and no smoking inside the house, I have a large patio with chairs so you can enjoy smoking and contemplating a beautiful sunset.
