Your check-in time is 3pm - 12am , check in after 12am charges of RM50 will be collected when check-in.

Check-out time can be extended without charges when requested base on availability and when it will not inconvenience the next arriving guest.

For guest that stay for more then a month , we will provide free house keeping service every 7 days of stay.

2 Pair of keys and access card will be provided (Returned during check out, lost of card and key a RM100 penalty fee will be charge for each card.)

Please call, whatsapp or email before arrive, I'll meet you at the lobby waiting area (5th floor), please take a sit while waiting. Take the residence entrance "The Birch Regency" to the lobby, you may need to intercom guard house to open the door (the entrance is beside Indian Palace / Opposite MPPP office).

Airport and sungai nibong bus terminal transfer is available (Transfer cost payable by customer) , please let us know 1 weeks in advance for arrangement.
