Your check-in time is 4pm - 12am , check in after 12am charges of RM50 will be collected when check-in.

Check-out time can be extended without charges when requested base on availability and when it will not inconvenience the next arriving guest.

For guest that stay for more then a month , we will provide free house keeping service every 7 days of stay.

2 Pair of keys will be provided (Returned during check out, lost of each pair of key a RM50 penalty fee will be charge)

Other Things to Note

Airport and sungai nibong bus terminal transfer is available (Transfer cost payable by customer) , please let us know 1 weeks in advance for arrangement.

As this is a private villa , we hope our guest will behave themselves sensibly and observe the house rules to avoid complaint from neighborhood, we appreciated your cooperation.

House Rules
RM800.00 will be collected upon check-in (refundable if there are no damages)

1) No party are allow as the neighborhood mostly are family and footwear are not allow inside the house please keep your footwear at the shoe rack.
2) Please help keep the place clean.
3) Pet's and explosive materials are not allowed.
4) Illegal activities are prohibited.
5) Deposit will be refunded if there's no damage / lost.
6) Facilities are to be used with care and keep the area clean.
7) Durian are not allowed as the smell will stay in the house for sometime and will affect the stay of the next arriving guest.
8) Don't smoke inside the house, please smoke at the balcony or at the garden.
9) Please observe night-time peace between 10.00pm and 10.00am in the morning the following day to avoid compliant from neighborhood.
10) Be environmental friendly, switch off all air-conditioners and lights when you leave the house.
