Nice, Clean Room #103

One bedroom with queen bed with lock and key. There is 1.5 bathroom to be shared with other guest. Kitchen is for light cooking only as there is only a hotplate and microwave. Kitchen, dining area, laundry area and washrooms are all shared.

*We don not accept family with child ( Under 14 years old ) booking this room.

*Check in after 2pm and check out by 11am (flexible depending on schedule; ask when booking if you need a different time)

*No smoking or candles allowed

*No slippers on the carpet

*No visitors or unregistered guests allowed unless agreed upon in writing prior to arrival

*No parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music

*No eating in the living room or bedrooms, *Any stains by food or drinking (including sheets,quilt, carpet,walls,etc..) will be charged to guest 50CAD (Keep the house always clean is our goal !!)

*Kitchen is available for light use from 8am-10pm only. Oven is not available for guest. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster and kettle.

*Please turn off appliances, fans, heat and lights when you leave the house

*Lost key will be charged back to guest at $75 to replace the lock and keys

*Airport / Greyhound Station Pickup service CAD40 .

*Airport / Greyhound Station Drop off service CAD40 .

*Please bring any concerns to our attention immediately.
