Hidden Gem with Private Bath

I have a clean and beautiful single room with a private bath available for short term rental
It can take up to max 2 ppl. You have your own area downstairs in the house.

The house has two living rooms, a dining area and a kitchen. You are welcome to use all the common area. A beautiful backyard where you can BBQ and chill. It has lots of space to roam about. This is not a house full of renters as I am the only person who will be living in this house and managing short term renters.

The house is.about 15 min walk from Edmonds station, and about 35min to downtown if you are taking transit. By driving from downtown is about 35 min as well. 25 min from Vancouver airport.

The rooms are all furnished with bedding and towels are provided.

Wifi and laundry is included.

No Pets, No smokers and Absolutely no drug user.

Airport pickup $40 extra.
