Welcome to the South End of Boston. Named Boston's Landmark District in 1983, also the largest Victorian Historic district in the country since 1973. We are located on Tremont Street between Dartmouth and Claredon streets. There are many pictures and references available using the google mapping site. Our property was built as a grand Victorian home, now it has been expertly converted to a modern style home of Victorian character for seven independent families. (The building does not have an elevator) Each of the seven apartments in the building is designed to provide residents with a beautiful, and comfortable place to call home during their stay. We have been hosting for two years using other internet sites. The majority of our residents are international professionals pursuing advanced training and education.
This particular unit Past and Present is the largest apartment we offer. The unit is a one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. It has 10-foot ceilings, arch windows, and spectacular city views. The apartment is complete with a full-size bed and soft comfortable linens. The kitchen includes a conventional oven, dishwasher and the necessities for guests to cook. The living room is supplied with a relaxing L shape couch, with a 32” flat screen TV. Natural light shines brightly in the eating area. A home away from home is what we want for our guest to feel. Using our 100-point cleaning checklist and applying our impeccable standards the apartment always sparkles and shines.
