This entire 1200 sq. ft. loft is all yours! This prime and highly desired location is the only one in ths neighborhood location (also in Boston "Proper") steps from all tourist attractions, the Ritz Carlton, the W. and the InterContinental hotels, a 15 minute walk to the Convention Center and a couple block from South Station. This contemporary / industrial style loft neighborhood is the SoHo of Boston (called the "Leather District") has great restaurants and transit seconds away. Great for those who are wanting to be in the middle of the action while having a quite, comfortable place to return to. This is a luxury loft in a a secure, elevator building that accommodates up to 4 people.
You'll be a few blocks from the Financial District, the Waterfront, Copley Square, The Public Garden, Fanuel Hall Market Place, The Boston Harbor Hotel and top restaurants. Also a short distance to Harvard, MIT, BU and Fenway Park. Excellent option for short / long term stay business professional(s) and couple(s). * Please, no smoking in-house, no pets and no parties. The loft is not baby or child proofed.
THE LOFT: Is ultra-clean with, 13 foot ceilings and exposed beams, hardwood floors, granite bath and kitchen, top of the line stainless steel appliances, central air, free high-speed WiFI, HD cable including HBO & STARZ channels; living room has high-def 50" inch LED-TV, Queen bedroom has HD 32" LED-TV.
SLEEPING: There are 2 BEDROOMS each with a Queen and a King Bed. There is also a sofa that turns into a a full platform bed. Bedding is ultra clean and fresh quality linens are provided (mattresses are bb protected). - The Queen bedroom has total privacy with floor to ceiling solid brick walls and a sliding door for total privacy. It also has a new Samsung 32" flat screen TV. - The King bedroom also has privacy with a slider.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has everything you could possibly need! It includes all stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispense, electric stove, garbage disposal and it's fully stocked with glassware, utensils, pots, pans, plates, napkins, paper towels, etc.
BATHROOM: Entire granite bath tub/shower and floor. Fresh towels, wash cloths, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner and toiletries are provided. The bathroom has it's own entrance (not connected to a bedroom).
