Our resort is located in the Eastern part of the Gulf of Thailand, Koh Samui is a stunningly beautiful tropical island and the third largest of Thailand's islands after Koh Phuket and Koh Chang. It is the largest in an Archipelago of 48 islands, which includes the fabulous Angthong National Marine Park, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao; Koh Phangan being home to the world famous'Full Moon Party'. Samui is at its longest and widest points, a 25 kilometres long and 21 wide.

Surrounded by an aquamarine and cobalt blue sea the white sandy beaches with many secluded coves offer peace and tranquility, while the interior has rolling hillsides with coconut groves, picturesque waterfalls, magnificent ocean views and fruit orchards covered with dense tropical vegetation. All our rooms boast magnificient Sea views and views of Koh Phangan.

Children Policy:

A maximum of one child aged from 1 to 12 years may share this same room and bed with 1 or 2 adults for free. Every child must be mentioned on reservation.

Arrival & Departures:

-Our resort is not required to have rooms available before 12pm (noon), however, will do its best to have room(s) ready for early arrival when notified.

-Late check-out from 12pm (noon) until 6pm, will be charged as below:

*400 THB for Deluxe Room

*500 THB for Deluxe Front Beach Room & Twin/Family Room

*50% of contract rate for all room types from 12pm (noon) until the last scheduled flight

No Show Policy:

A night penalty will be charged for all seasons period, our resort will charge these fees to the tour operator. In case of early departure, the resort will also charge the tour operator the entire stay.

Low Season: April 20 to July 9; September 01 to December 14.

High Season: January 14 to April 19; July 10 to August 31.

Peak Season: December 15 to January 15 (Min. 5 nights)

Rates for extra bed:

Low Season: 500THB; High Season: 600THB; Peak Season: 700THB
