The apartment size is 70 square meters. It has a balcony with views to the sea. The bedroom has king size bed with confort mattress and premium linen, a dressing area, a desk, coffee table and a 32 inch tv. The living room has a confortable sofa, coffee table, dinner table with 4 chairs, 32 inch tv, home cinema. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The bathroom is all tiled in porcelain, and has a nice rain shower. There are two air conditioning units with thermostat.
