Cottage Umbertide is part part of the beautiful 18th century Villa Casolare, beautifully restored and furnished with antique furniture.
Cottage Umberteide is part of the beautiful 18th century Villa Casolare, beautifully restored and furnished with antique furniture; approximately 110 square meters, spread over two floors with private entrance and down to every detail to ensure that guests feel at home, enjoying all the comforts.
First floor: Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen to make as simple as possible the guests' stay (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven ,...) 1 triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of 1 bedroom, decorated with antique furniture, fabulous four-poster double bed and 2 single beds with orthopedic mattresses. To improve your relax the cottage has been equipped with a further bathroom with Jacuzzi, TV with satellite receiver, Garden and Pool.
The park is looked after with great care, has beautiful trees and plants that give the garden delicate color scent and fulfill the air with the sweeter essences from early spring until late summer. The park is perfect for walking, cycling, and any other activity, ever in the most 'absolute privacy. The swimming pool with chlorine chemical-free operation, is in the midst of this paradise, totally private and situated in a panoramic position misura14x5m. Guests can use the comfortable loungers and umbrellas that are placed around it. Both the garden and the pool are illuminated at night time, creating a wonderful atmosphere. There is also a Barbecue to enjoy your stay with your friends, and living at full the beautiful Umbria area.
"Prices do not include cleaning (prices see above) and use of electricity (Eur 20/week) and heating in the winter.
There is bed-linens and there are towels for use in the house. Guests bring their own towels for the pool.
Air conditioning for Torretta (Tower suite) is 10,00 per day.
An extra bed is 80 euro per week. In both cottages one extra bed is for free.
Security deposit = Eur 200. Down payment = 30% + final payment upon arrival.
