Apartment Baita is a kind of studio of about 40 square metres where there's a very big bedroom-living-room with a nice fireplace together with modern comforts as satellite digital television, than a separated fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

It is a private cottage on the property with an own garden with table and chairs for enjoying the very nice view on the 2 valleys east and west of the hilltop.

It can accommodate up to 2 adults +1 children Everybody will be staying in double or single beds with wooden staves and orthopedic mattresses (not uncomfortable sofa-beds).

"Prices do not include cleaning (prices see above) and use of electricity (Eur 20/week) and heating in the winter.

There is bed-linens and there are towels for use in the house. Guests bring their own towels for the pool.

Air conditioning for Torretta (Tower suite) is 10,00 per day.

An extra bed is 80 euro per week. In both cottages one extra bed is for free.

Security deposit = Eur 200. Down payment = 30% + final payment upon arrival.
