My adorable 1200 sq/ft home was built in the 1950’s but was renovated in 2010. I’ve lived there for five years and have put a lot of energy and love into making it comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I am an artist and I’ve combined vintage furniture with modern pieces to create spaces that are bright, colorful, eclectic and current. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home, and can comfortably accommodate myself and up to 2 guests. The shared spaces in the house include a living room, kitchen with dinette, and den. There is also large backyard with a pergola, gravel patio and fire pit. There is a dining set that seats six, and a conversation set around the fire.

The guest room is approximately 94 sq/ft and has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. A large double window that looks out on the backyard provides soft, natural light, but can be darkened with partial blackout shades if desired. There is a small closet that has been designed to provide a surprising amount of storage and an Ikea wardrobe and under bed storage makes sure that even long-term guests have space for their belongings. There are bedside caddies for books, beverages, etc., and a portable AC unit keeps the space cool even on hot summer days. There is also a flat screen TV mounted on the wall

The private bath is directly adjacent to the bedroom It features a full shower, bathtub, and vanity with drawers for storage. There is travertine tile floors and shower walls.
