This property is also close to the Wolf Creek Ski Area where you can ski or snowboard on groomed or ungroomed runs.On the main floor is a living room, dining room off the living room, large master bedroom with king bed (and a TV with VCR/DVD that can be used to watch movies only), kitchen and additional dinette area. On the upper level is a large bonus room with a futon, a TV with satellite, a pool table, another bath and two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin beds.

There's also a sofa sleeper. Outside on the back deck next to the river is a hot tub that will seat 6-8 comfortably and a gas grill.Pagosa has a number of great restaurants and shops.
