Rental Details
Four beautifully secluded villas, three with 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin and a sofa bed in the lounge, and one villa with 3 bedrooms, two double, one twin, also with a sofa bed in lounge. All have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom and bedroom balconies with en suites for all bedrooms. The kitchens in each villa are fully equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle. Each villa has its own private terrace complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in case you decide to cook for yourself instead of just popping out to the myriad of local restaurants; there is also a barbecue and a bar by the swimming pool. A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air-conditioned with individual units in the lounge and each bedroom.

3 bedrooms villa has 2 double, 1 twin, with sofabed in lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom, balconies off bedrooms with sea views, private garden and patio area. Each kitchen has full oven with hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster etc. All necessary cutlery and plates and glasses are also provided. This villa offers superb views over Kalkan Bay and the swimming pool so you can relax on the patio while the children splash in the pool. All bed linen and washing towels are provided with a weekly cleaning sevice for the villa’s.
Each villa is fully air conditioned (there are individual units in the lounge and both bedrooms). All villas have satellite TV. 5 minutes walk to the beach and supermarket. 3 pharmacies around villas. Also dentist and hospital 2 minutes walk from villas. A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. The villa’s share a large communal pools 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are sun loungers and pool side tables and chairs, a shower and toilet area for your use.
