The villa has a private pool with a separate shallow end perfect for families with children, large terrace outside with wonderful sea views, perfect for al fresco dining
Bedroom 1: large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedroom with en-suite. 2 balconies, ones private, one shared.
Bedroom 4: double or twin, with door to terrace.Bathrooms:
All bedrooms have en-suite, fully tiled shower rooms with wc and basin. All en-suites are a good size.The main living area also has a good sized shower room with wc and basin.
Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and iron available. The kitchen has all equipment need for preparing meals.Living Rooms: The living room has two sofa’s which can double as beds for small children. There is a large flat screen tv with dvd and cd player, together with WI-FI internet access. There is also a large dining table and seating if alfresco dining in not for you.Towels and linen are provided.
The villa will be cleaned once a week, also changing all linen and towels once a week.The villa is set in the middle of its own large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas, and two large swing chairs for relaxing in or out of the sun. There is also outside a BBQ with seating on the terrace and balconies for alfresco dining.
The villa is suitable for small children with a shallow pool for them to play in.We now have a new high standard security system fitted to ensure safety at the Villa.
