Uma Wa Ke means my home in Balinese, and is the perfect location for those who are looking for a home away from home. This riverside property has three bedrooms, and a real rural feel. The villa is located in Tabanan, which offers tourists and expats a more peaceful and relaxing setting as opposed to the crowded Seminyak or Kuta, although Tabanan is quiet there are still many activities to do in the area such as the well known Tanah Lot Temple, which is one of the most photographed temples in Bali, here is a great vantage point to watch the sunset as it located on the sea front. Also the UNESCO Heritage site of Jati Luwih Rice Terrace, Bali Butterfly Park and the Sangeh Monkey Forest to name a few; and for the adventurous Tabanan is home to the second largest peak in Bali, Mount Batukaru, and there are also possibilities to go caynoning in Gitgit, all of this is within 1,5 hour of Villa Uma Wa Ke. Villa Description This three bedroom villa is located on the edge of the Cemagi River, and is set in beautiful surroundings with coconut trees and many different types of flowers; this is the perfect place for someone who loves nature. As you walk through a beautifully carved Balinese wooden door you will enter into the spacious living area, on the left are shelves and desk space which would make an ideal home office and on the right is a fully equipped kitchen with; fridge freezer, oven, stove, microwave, bowl and half sink and plenty of cupboards and drawer space to store food and utensils. Also there is a wooden dining table which can comfortable sit eight people, useful for dinner parties and small gatherings. The property has many different places to sit and relax; the first one you will see as you enter the property, there is a sofa and a beautiful leather chair, overlooking the pool and with views of the beautiful surrounding scenery. The master bedroom has a beautiful carved wooden door for an entrance, equipped with a king size bed, chest of drawers, two nightstands with lamps, practical shelf space at the head of the bed and air conditioning. This room has a large walk in wardrobe, which has more than enough storage space, and beautiful views of pool, river and scenery. The en suite has a sink made from volcanic rock, bath tub, separate overhead shower, toilet and a wooden cupboard for storing toiletries. The second bedroom is a twin room with a built in wardrobe, book case and trunk which mean there is plenty of storage space in this room; the is also equipped with air conditioning. The en suite is equipped with bath tub, separate overhead shower, sink made of volcanic rock and toilet. The final bedroom is a double equipped with two nightstands with lamps, air conditioning and a sofa bed. Similar to the master this room has views of the pool and surrounding scenery as well as a small dressing room which leads to the en suite; this en suite is equipped with over head shower, a sink made of volcano rock and toilet. This property also has a media room, with comfortable sofas with TV, sound system and a DVD player, which can be used for family and friends to relax and watch movies. This room also leads to the en suite of the final bedroom, which means this en suite has a double entrance, and is used also as a guest bathroom. The swimming pool is 4m x 10m and 1.6m deep, and has a deck with three sun loungers; this area is strategically positioned there allowing for maximum sunlight during all times of the day. Finally a staircase next to the pool area leads down to a garden area and bale, from here you can see the river, the bale can be used for individuals wishing to practise yoga by the riverside.
