You have a private bedroom, private bathroom with enclosed shower and a computer room/work station/office located on the top floor of my 2 bedroom 2 bath, unique 1500 sq ft (139 sq meters) fully renovated modern Penthouse Duplex. My bedroom and bathroom are set back on the main floor down the hall away from the shared kitchen and living room/dining room areas.

Spectacular views overlooking The Knesset, Rechavia, Gan Sacher (18 steps up from the sidewalk to the front door) and an almost 360 degree panoramic view from the rooftop mirpeset in NACHLAOT, THE HEART OF JERUSALEM.

The Neighborhood

Right next to the famous "Machane Yehuda" market, the Pedestrian "Ben Yehuda" and to King George & Jaffo Shopping street. There are plenty of bus and light rail options near the house, including the central bus station. All around you find exclusive shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. We are a 20-minute walk from the Old City, Mamilla Mall and around the corner from Gan Sacher-Park.

(For additional persons over 2 guests, I have an air mattress and/or a couch that opens to a double bed in the living room. However, my preferred reservation is 2 guests in the private Penthouse bedroom).
