The Accommodation:
Decorated, bright and newly furnished apartment (44m2) in the 5th Floor of the newly built residential complex "Flame Tree Resicence". From the balcony you have a beautiful view on the city and the sunset in the mountains.
Separate bedroom with queen size bed (180cm) and a small work desk with internet access. Separate bathroom with shower (cold + hot water). Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction coocker, dishes, etc.
Large living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV (satellite TV system with more than 70 channels) air conditioning, wireless Internet access and dining area (table with 4 chairs).

Guest Access:
Swimming pool with garden and sun loungers, two lifts to all floors, free parking, disabled facilities, free Wi-Fi internet access (LAN), key card and a 24-hour CCTV security system ensure a totally relaxing stay in Hua Hin.

Interaction with guests:
We speak English, German and Thai and are always there to provide our guests with all questions to assist.
On request we can also make individual, private tours with our guests (for a separate charge).

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet area (no street noise, only the train is heard). Nevertheless, all major facilities are accessible on foot or by public bus in a short time.
The beach is 300m away. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the Bussbahnhof (300m), the main shopping center "Market Village" (800m) and the Bangkok Hospital (400m), as well as many small restaurants and shops.

Transportation:
The bus station is hardly 3 min walking distance - there is a direct bus to the airport Suvarnabhumi
The main street Petchakasem road with many public buses is located 100 meters away.
Taxis, TukTuks and motorcycle taxis are on the main road at all times.
