The built-up interior is 240 sqm, the covered outdoor area 200 sqm, further boasting an extra spacious and covered main terrace of 75 sqm.

The main building houses the lounge, dining and kitchen area and is opened to the terrace and pool area through floor to ceiling glass doors. It includes a European kitchen with island and bar, built-in BBQ grill and fridge with ice maker. Facilities include LED TV in all rooms including Living room, Apple iMac and surround sound system.

Two bedrooms are facing the pool and lake, one of which is the master bedroom complete with a outdoor spa, Jacuzzi and waterfall shower.

The villa includes a separate guest bathroom, a carport for two vehicles, and storage and laundry room. All rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms integrated into the bedroom, which can be separated by a sliding glass door. All floors are parquet, Italian ceramic tiles or marble. The sanitary facilities are Hansgrohe.

Quality furniture and and built-in wardrobes, blackout curtains and indirect dimmable ceiling lights which are illuminating the 3.5 meter high wooden ceilings, giving each room a special atmosphere.

The villa has aluminium framed windows guarding against noise and heat. A centralised air conditioning system from Mitsubishi cools the room without drafts and noise.
