Spectacular ocean and pier views from this charming beachfront remodel located in front of the beach walkway and Pacifica Pier. Complete remodel - open floor plan with living room and kitchen adjacent. New hardwood floors throughout, as well as, new bathroom with decorator tile shower. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has quartz counters and looks out at the backyard and ocean; all new appliances including gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Living room has a fireplace, flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD, futon couch and easy chairs. Bedroom has built-in drawers below the queen size bed. Enjoy the ocean view from the back deck or sit by the fire-pit on moonlit evenings. Look out at the ocean from the Adirondack chairs in the sandy front yard. Wi-Fi, linens and towels included. This is a fantastic romantic getaway. 15 minute drive to San Francisco and 20 minute drive to the airport. No pets. No smoking. 4 night minimum.

FEE NOTES:

The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.

Cleaning fee listed is for end of stay cleaning. Stays 30 nights or longer may be subject to a higher cleaning fee in lieu of fee stated.

Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning (1-2 interim cleanings per month required for stays over 45 nights).

Additional fees such as processing, pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.

RENTAL TERMS:

To complete your reservation once confirmed through Roomorama: you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be SIGNED and returned along with a scan of your driver’s license or passport and credit card.

ONLY upon receipt of the SIGNED documents; photo ID and credit card; and payment of CSA fee and/or deposit do we release the entry code and instructions.
