Just a few steps to the beach and Pacifica Pier, this one bedroom unit is quiet and bright. Private patio and yard are perfect for a guest with small dog. Tile throughout the unit makes it easy to keep clean and cool. Open floor plan with kitchen containing center woodblock worktable and gas stove; living area facing the patio and sliding door; and, desk area in a small alcove. Bedroom has queen bed and closet. Efficient bathroom has a shower. This is a great location for a beach getaway. Couples and small dogs are welcome with prior approval and nonrefundable pet fee. Wi-Fi, Cable; 2 Person Maximum; No Smoking; 30 night preferred; 4 night minimum.

FEE NOTES:

The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.

Cleaning fee listed is for end of stay cleaning. Stays 30 nights or longer may be subject to a higher cleaning fee in lieu of fee stated.

Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning (1-2 interim cleanings per month required for stays over 45 nights).

Additional fees such as processing, pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.

RENTAL TERMS:

To complete your reservation once confirmed through Roomorama: you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be SIGNED and returned along with a scan of your driver’s license or passport and credit card.

ONLY upon receipt of the SIGNED documents; photo ID and credit card; and payment of CSA fee and/or deposit do we release the entry code and instructions.
