The apartment is located in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of Sao Paulo, Itaim/Vila Nova Conceicao, close to Ibirapuera Park, the largest green area in the city. Restaurants, coffee shops, stores, post office and banks are all close.
OVERVIEW
The apartment has two bedrooms and one large bathroom. Fitted cupboards with space for your clothes. Live-in maid who has worked with the family for 35 years cleans and makes the beds everyday (free of charge). Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served on request for a small fee. The apartment is close to some of the best restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries, stores and supermarkets in the city. Vila Olimpia Shopping Mall is ten minutes away by taxi or 20 minutes walking. Very central - close to buses and public transport, easy to call a taxi if needed. All you need for your stay in São Paulo. - quiet and spacious rooms with cupboards - recently renovated bathroom with gas heated shower - comfortable beds and clean linens - wireless internet (high speed).
GUEST ACCESS
Access to the whole apartment with partial access to kitchen and service area. The kitchen is used by the live-in maid. Food served for a small fee.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I live two blocks away and am available on e-mail, mobile phones, Facetime, Whatsapp or in person, when needed.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in Itaim/Vila Nova Conceição, one of the most affluent areas in S Paulo. Ibirapuera Park and Praça Pereira Coutinho are within walking distance, and it is close to stores, bars, banks, the post office, Starbucks, pizzerias and excellent restaurants.
GETTING AROUND
Bus stop 100 metres away. Taxis also available in front of building. Underground subway stations 10 minutes by bus (Faria Lima and Brigadeiro stations)
DETAILS
Small dog lives in maids quarters (old beagle), very silent and totally unobtrusive.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking.
No pets.
No outside guests allowed.
No parties or visitors.
No noise after 10 pm.
We appreciate a respectful living situation and expect you to leave the apartment as you found it. If you lose or break something, kindly advise .

We are flexible with check-in and check-out times but usually check-in will be at 12h00 and check-out at noon.
