The single bedroom is set-up like couch, with cushions and pillows like backboard. This bedroom can accommodate another guest, its because under the bed there are another single bed. In the closet there are also two set of linens for this another bed.
Bathroom has hot water in shower and tap. The ground and the walls are lined with 'vidrotil' (kind of little glass squares). There are also a shower beside the toilet bowl.

The Neighborhood
You may be thinking this condo works like hotel, but it's not true. Most of people here are doctor who are studying in hospitals nearby and ordinary families who decided live near their jobs.

Getting around
Just walking you can count on 2 subways stations, two great hospitals, a large mall with 235 stores and many restaurants and a lot of cultural stuffs exclusive on Paulista Avenue.
