This tall luxurious villa also has a spacious and open reception that offers sufficient space and perfect flow. The indoor and outdoor spaces meant for entertainment and relaxation is created in such a way that they blend harmoniously with a formal lounge located indoors and a dining area. The living quarters is connected to the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen located near the outdoor dining/living area is fully equipped and has the capacity of accommodating up to 12 guests. The outdoor living space offers seating for ten guests and a beautiful large panoramic views. Other than the four expansive suites, the fifth bedroom can be used as a cinema fitted with an LCD projector and a big screen which makes it perfect for watching movies with a group.

Each bedroom has a 42 inch TV, DVD player and blue ray player. Other additional amenities offered are safety deposit boxes, en-suite bedroom fitted with double vanity, shower, toilet, outdoor Jacuzzi, terrace with a panoramic view and a walk-in closet.
