The room rates are net per room per night inclusive of BREAKFAST, based on Single or Double occupancy. 
The room rates are net inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable government and 1% provincial tax.

There is no TWIN bed provided. 
Extra bed / Extra Adult (at Three Bedroom Pool Villa Only) including breakfast at THB 2,000 per person per night . 
Child Policy 
No room and breakfast charges for infant and children under 4 years old (maximum 1 child/room). 
No room charge for children 4-12 years old sharing bed with parents, compulsory breakfast is THB 200.-/night (maximum 1 child/room without extra bed). 
Children aged over 12 years old is charged THB 1,000.-/night including breakfast.
