Beautiful 3 story beach villa set in a quiet and peaceful development. Surrounded by tropical gardens there are 3 swimming pools and a private spa attached to your villa. Pure escapism in the Thai resort of Cha-am.

Imagine waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean and tweeting birds. Brew a coffee and relax on the huge balcony with recliner seats or even use the hammock if you havent really woken up yet.

Once you are up for it take a stroll along the beach and watch the fisherman in action with nets and rods.... dodge a few crabs along the way!

Then back for a swim in one of the 3 swimming pools and you can even try out the Jacuzzi or Sauna.
Right on the beach front this villa is located approx 3 kilometres from Cha-am village. It offers a real opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The villa was initially decorated for owner living but the owner has had to relocate back to Ireland. However, his loss is your opportunity. Take advantage of the exclusive private spa and the massive balcony that offers you sunshine all day long.

Rentals are managed by owner directly. Guests will be welcomed by On-Site Manager and shown around villa. As this is a private residential community you must ensure that you do not disturb other owners.

This is a quiet place for peace and relaxation. If you are looking for a party style then this is not the place for you.

There are 8 world class golf courses within 30 minutes drive of your villa. Having your own caddy allows you to focus on enjoying your game while they provide you with the local insight. For those interested in fishing there are 2 top class fishing parks and of course there is the vast open sea available Finally, don't forget the amazing Thai spas that offer excellent treatments to ease away the stresses and trials of life…… but you wont find any stress in Talay Samran – its just pure relaxation.

As the villa is a few kilometres outside the main town centre it is advisable to rent a car. We can help with arranging these details – it will only cost about 1,500 baht per day to rent a car. ** Minimum of one week booking during peak season of Xmas and New Year
